A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in the Opihi Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of road in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 acre 2 roods 38 perches, situated in Block II, Awa-a-te-atua Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through Lots 1 and 4, D.P. S. 639, being part Lot 1 of Allotment 169, Matata Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157536 (S.O. 39246) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of October 1958.
