A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 10th day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing 1 rood 17·1 perches, situated in Block VI, Aonga-
te Survey District, being part Section 9S, Apata Settlement;
s the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 157533 (S.O. 39330) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for water supply purposes
and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 10th day of November 1958.
