A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence) subject to a pipeline easement registered as K. 42151; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 25·72 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being Lot 30, D.P. 15422, being part Subdivision 4A and 4B, Section 8, Block XI, Belmont Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 404, folios 228 and 229, Wellington Land Registry.
