ERRATUM
[In the notice published in Gazette, 23 October 1958, No. 64,
page 1439, releasing land from the provisions of Part XXIV
of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Matata Development Scheme),
for “17 acres 3 roods 16 perches”, read “27 acres 3 roods 16
perches”.
Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the
City of Wellington
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 10th day of November 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 0·4 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being
Lot 18, D.P. 19955, being part Section 7, Harbour District.
Part certificate of title, Volume 542, folio 63, Wellington
Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 30th day of October 1958.

Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the
building-line restriction contained in K. 55699, Auckland
Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
10th day of November 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land
District containing 34·3 perches, situated in Block XIV,
Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot
16, D.P. 44311. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume
1362, folio 34, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 30th day of October 1958.

Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject as to Lot 1,
D.P. 43435, to the stormwater drainage rights created in and
by memorandum of transfer No. 457435, Auckland Land
Registry, for police stations; and I also declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of
November 1958.

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the North Auckland Land
District, situated in the Waitemata Survey District, Auckland
R.D., described as follows:
