A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electric works and shall vest in the Auckland Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1958.

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 0·1 perches, situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 2 and 9, L.T. Plan 28161. Part certificate of title, Volume 761, folio 65, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 5, D.P. 42202, to the building-line restriction contained in K. 51653, Auckland Land Registry, and subject as to Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 42202, to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 575966, Auckland Land Registry, for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 19th day of September 1958, published in Gazette, 25 September 1958, No. 58, page 1275, taking interests in land for irrigation purposes in the Pisa Flat Irrigation District, in so far as it affects water-race licence under the Mining Act 1926, registered in the office of the Mining Registrar at Cromwell as No. 4142, and hereby proclaim and declare that the whole of the interest in land created by the water-race licence described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for irrigation purposes.

SCHEDULE

Licence for a water race registered in the office of the Mining Registrar at Cromwell as No. 7262 originally granted on 11 November 1892, with right to divert 2 heads of water out of Lochar Creek, Pisa Range, and last renewed on 4 February 1948 as No. 7476 (Cromwell).
