A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 3rd day of November 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing
10·58 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, and being part
Sections 23 and 24, Block XIII, Town of Dunedin. All
certificate of title, Volume 287, folio 6, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 23rd day of October 1958.

in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 3rd day of November 1958.

Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

taining 29·5 perches, situated in the City of Invercargill,
Southland R.D., being part Lot 6, Block IV, D.P. 299,
formerly part Section 27, Block I, Invercargill Hundred; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 157433 (S.O. 6529) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
