Land Taken for Street Widening Purposes in the Borough of Howick
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street widening purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Howick as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 3.7 perches, situated in Block IV, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Howick, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotments 60 and 61, Section 2, Town of Howick; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157443 (S.O. 40673) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow. Given. under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of October 1958.[L.S.]H. Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1958.

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 24 perches, situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 4, D.P. 23183, being part Allotment 1, Parahaki Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157440 (S.O. 39529) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
