Land Taken, Subject as to Part to Building-line Conditions, for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Feilding

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lots 11 and 23, D.P. 20368, to the building-line condition imposed by Special Order K. 43428, and subject as to Lot 75, D.P. 20368, to the building-line condition contained in Order in Council 2510, Wellington Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of October 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in the Borough of Feilding, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of October 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 31·8 perches, situated in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District, Warkworth Town District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 320, Mahurangi Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157380 (S.O. 40895) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 32·3 perches, situated in the Borough of Rotorua, being Lot 6, D.P. S. 784, being part Section 72, Suburbs of Rotorua. All certificate of title, Volume 1039, folio 103, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 2·4 perches, situated in the Borough of Gore, being Lot 1, D.P. 5416, and being part Section 11, Block V, Town of Gore. Part certificate of title, Volume 98, folio 95, Southland Land Registry.

Land and Easements Over Land Taken for Sewage Treatment Purposes in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sewage treatment purposes and that easements for sewage treatment purposes are hereby taken over the land described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain lines of sewer pipes and water pipes under, along, or over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and to convey sewage and water through the said pipes, and secondly, full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, such easements to be held appurtenant thereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of October 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 32·3 perches, situated in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District, Town District of Murupara, Auckland R.D., being part Whirinaki No. 1 Section 2c Block; coloured sepia on plan.

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
