Easement Taken Over Land in Block V, Waiopenu Survey District, for Sewerage Purposes
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, maintain, and inspect a line of pipes, together with the necessary manholes, for the purpose of conveying sewage under, along, or over the said land and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of October 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block V, Waiopenu Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 35 Part Lot 1, D.P. 14200, being part Horowhenua No. 6p; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 30·3 Part Lot 2, D.P. 14200, being part Horowhenua No. 6p; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157392 (S.O. 24064) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of October 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 2 roods 11·87 perches, situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, Wellington R.D., being Lots 17 and 18, D.P. 9797, and Lots 8 and 9, D.P. 10060, being part Section 92, Hutt District.
