Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Mount Roskill

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of October 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 23·8 perches, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 165, D.P. 37709. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1188, folio 67, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of October 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of October 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 3 acres 1 rood 18·4 perches, being part Allotment 190, Kirikiriroa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan P.W.D. 157404 (S.O. 39446) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for public buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of October 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 18·8 perches, situated in the Town District of Murupara, being Lots 145 and 146, D.P. S. 4889, being part Section 16, Block XIII, Galatea Survey District. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1211, folio 256, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

3 2 24·6 Part Allotment 190, Kirikiriroa Parish; coloured blue on plan.
5 0 32·3 Part Allotment 190, Kirikiriroa Parish; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157371 (S.O. 39444) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a ministerial residence, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government, subject to Order in Council No. 275; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of October 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 19·65 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being part Lot 1, D.P. 5188, being part Section 1, Evans Bay District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 281, folio 197, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 27·3 perches, situated in Block XI, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Birkenhead, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 46, D.P. 20048. All certificate of title, Volume 452, folio 201, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1958.
