IN the notice declaring land to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Hokianga Development Scheme) published in the Gazette, 25 September 1958, No. 58, page 1291, for “Mangonui” read “Mangamuka”.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 685 acres 3 roods 3 perches, more or less, being the land known as Oamaru 2B 5 Block, situated in Blocks III and IV, Waioeka Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/435 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1958.

Crown Land Set Apart for Defence Purposes in the Borough of Papakura

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 36 acres and 26·8 perches, situated in Block XV, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Papakura, Auckland R.D., and being part railway land in Proclamation No. 6051; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 36557 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1958.

Crown Land Set Apart, Subject as to Part to a Certain Easement, for a Maori School in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to the mining easement created by transfer No. 47281, Auckland Land Registry, for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of October 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

2 3 0 Part Lot 3, D.P. 23339, being part Allotment 19, Pepepe Parish, and being the residue of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 631, folio 121, Auckland Land Registry, now known as Allotment 279, Pepepe Parish.
1 2 33·3 Part Allotment 20, Pepepe Parish, being the residue of the land described in the certificate of title, Volume 90, folio 3, Auckland Land Registry, now known as Allotment 278, Pepepe Parish.
As the same are shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 34588.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1958.
