PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 15 perches, situated in Block V, Waitara Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Section 4, Tikorangi District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154845 (S.O. 8838) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ROAD CLOSED

ALL that piece of road in the Taranaki Land District containing 5 acres and 8 perches, situated in Block V, Waitara Survey District, Taranaki R.D., adjoining or passing through Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Tikorangi District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154845 (S.O. 8838) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
