Land Taken for Road* in Block I, Town of Maheno, and Previous Proclamation Revoked as to Part

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 2nd day of September 1958, and published in Gazette, 4 September 1958, No. 54, page 1164, taking land for road in the Town of Maheno in so far as it affects the area of 23·4 perches ninthly described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of October 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 23·4 perches, situated in Block I, Town of Maheno, Otago R.D., and being part Section 6. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156941 (S.O. 12347) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 2 acres 3 roods 24·29 perches, situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 67, D.P. 19499, being part Rural Sections 369 and 371, Township of Palmerston North. Part certificates of title, Volume 46, folio 172, and Volume 129, folio 245; Wellington Land Registry.
