Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles
John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
SECTIONS 11, 12, 13, and 17, Block I, Katikati Survey District,
part Section 3, Block I, Katikati North Survey District, and
part Section 50, Block IV, Aroha Survey District: Total area,
3,005 acres 2. roods 11·1 perches, more or less. As shown
on plans Nos. 26/59 and 26/60 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon

25800.)

Masterton Milk District Supply Association Approval Order

At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of
September 1958
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Milk Act 1944, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Masterton Milk District Supply Association Approval Order 1958.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the
   date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. The company known as the Wairarapa Town Milk Ltd.
   is hereby approved as the Supply Association for the Masterton Milk District.
3. The Order in Council made on the 6th day of June 1956 approving the Wairarapa Town Milk Producers' Association Incorporated as the Supply Association for the Masterton Milk District is hereby revoked.

6. The Order in Council made on the 6th day of June 1956 approving the Wairarapa Town Milk Producers' Association Incorporated as the Supply Association for the South Wairarapa Milk Marketing District is hereby revoked so far as it applies to the South Wairarapa Milk Marketing District and the Supply Association for that district.
