A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land held for a public school in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
All that piece of road in the Canterbury Land District containing 34·2 perches, situated in Block VII, Corwar Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and adjoining Lots 33, 34, 49, and 50, D.P. 621, part Rural Section 26757; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157158 (S.O. 9330) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
LAND HELD FOR A PUBLIC SCHOOL
All those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block VII, Corwar Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 22nd day of January 1957, to be street.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 9·4 perches, situated in Block XV, Kaihu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Kaihu 2B 3G Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157150 (M.L. 13967) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of July 1948 and published in Gazette, 5 August 1948, Vol. II, page 975, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3923, defining the middle line of a further portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 0·48 perches, situated in the Town of Manor Park, being Lots 47 and 48, D.P. 8048, being part Section 178, Hutt District. All certificate of title, Volume 410, folio 123, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of September 1958.
