A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 29th day of September 1958.

taining 33·34 perches, situated in the Borough of Carterton,

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the

the Queen by Andrew Walter Anderson, of Blackball, car-
penter, under and by virtue of occupation lease M.D.L.O.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty
the Queen by the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Co.
of New Zealand Ltd., under and by virtue of Crown lease,
Volume 574, folio 98, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby
taken for a public school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of
September 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land first described in the Schedule hereto held from the
Otago Harbour Board by the Wilson Malt Extract Company
Limited, a company having its registered office at Dunedin,
under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 10642,
Otago Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land
secondly described in the Schedule hereto held from the
Otago Harbour Board by John Edmond Limited, a company
having its registered office at Dunedin, under and by virtue of
memorandum of lease No. 10581, Otago Land Registry, are
hereby taken for the purposes of electricity works and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Dunedin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
29th day of September 1958.
