Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in Block VII, Corwar Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of September 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 acre and 25.6 perches, situated in Block VII, Corwar Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 38017; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157158 (S.O. 9330) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of September 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of September 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Hawkeβs Bay Land District containing 2 roods 35.4 perches, situated in the Borough of Waipukurau, Hawkeβs Bay R.D., and being Lots 7, 8, and 9, D.P. 8408, part Waipukurau Block, and part of the land in Proclamation No. 106698; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138631 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of September 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 3 acres and 7.9 perches, situated in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Mahinawa IA and part Urukaika Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157159 (S.O. 24080) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 32.7 perches, situated in Block VIII, Kaipara Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 21977, being part Paparoa No. 2B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157142 (S.O. 40963) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Part certificate of title, Volume 43, folio 161, Taranaki Land Registry.
