A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of September 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 acre and 25.6 perches, situated in Block VII, Corwar Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 38017; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157158 (S.O. 9330) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of September 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 2 roods 35.4 perches, situated in the Borough of Waipukurau, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lots 7, 8, and 9, D.P. 8408, part Waipukurau Block, and part of the land in Proclamation No. 106698; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138631 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
