Declaring Land Held for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 15th day of September 1958.
SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

12 0 29Β·9 Part Takapuwahia Blocks H 1, H 2, H 3, and H 4, and part Urukaika Block (now Sections 18 to 29 (inclusive), and 34, Block I, Belmont Survey District).

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156805 (S.O. 23994) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 16th day of July 1958.

All that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 3 roods 8'6 perches, situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., and being Lot 38, D.P. 7857, being part Sections 58 and 71, Grey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 185, folio 96, Taranaki Land Registry.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
