Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for access way purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land shall be disposed of by the Papatoetoe Borough Council by transfer to the registered owner of the adjoining land shown on L.T. 46065, in exchange for Lot 19 on that plan which is to vest upon the deposit of the plan in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Papatoetoe, as an access way reserve under the said Act.

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Opotiki and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands should, if they have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
