Block X, Cambridge Survey District; thence proceeding north-
easterly along the said right line to Trig. Station Y aforesaid;
thence north-westerly along a right line to the southernmost
corner of Section 3, Block VI, Cambridge Survey District;
thence north-easterly generally along the south-eastern boun-
dary of the said Section 3, to and along the southern side of
a public road to a point in line with the south-eastern boun-
dary of Section 3s, Te Miro Settlement, along a right line
across the said public road to and along the south-eastern
boundary of the said Section 3s, the south-eastern boundary
of Section 76s, Te Miro Settlement, a right line across Te
Miro Road to and along the south-eastern boundaries of
Section 6s, Te Miro Settlement, and Maungakawa B 1 and B 2,
to the south-western boundary of part Tawawhakaporo Block;
thence south-easterly generally along the last-mentioned boun-
dary and the generally south-western boundaries of Lots 7
and 8, D.P. 17890, to the southernmost corner of the last-
mentioned lot; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern
boundary of the said Lot 8 and its production to the middle
of the Piakonui Stream; thence down the middle of that
stream to a point in line with the south-western boundary
of Lot 4, D.P. 14276, in Block IV, Cambridge Survey Dis-
trict; thence south-easterly to and along the south-western
boundaries of the said Lot 4, part Lot 2, D.P. 5116, Lots 3
and 2, D.P. 25216, to the southernmost corner of the last-
mentioned lot, and along a right line in the direction of Trig.
Station M (Rangitanuku) in Block XI, Tapapa Survey Dis-
trict, to its intersection with the middle of the Piarere-Kaimai
Main Highway; thence south-westerly along a right line to the
junction of the Waitoa-Taupo Main Highway with the
Hamilton-Rotorua State Highway; thence westerly generally
along the middle of the said State highway to its intersection
with the production northerly of the western boundary of
Section 2s, Horahora Settlement; thence southerly along the
said production to the middle of the Waikato River; thence
down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.

Declaring Parts of Tribal Committee Area Under the Maori
Social and Economic Advancement Act 1945
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Maori Social and Economic
Advancement Act 1945, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby
varies the notice dated 24 March 1950 and published in the
Gazette of 30 March 1950, at page 346, declaring parts of
Hatea-a-Rangi Tribal District to be Tribal Committee areas
for the purpose of the said Act by excluding from the
Schedule the description of the Tokomaru and Te Ariuru
Tribal Committee areas and substituting therefor the descrip-
tion appearing in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
TOKOMARU TRIBAL COMMITTEE AREA
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the mouth
of the Waiwhakaata Stream forming the northern boundary
of Tawhiti No. 2c, in Block IVA, Tokomaru Survey District;
thence proceeding southerly generally along the sea coast to
the mouth of the Karoronui Stream in Block XVI, Tokomaru
Survey District; thence westerly along a right line to a point
on the western boundary of Tauwhareparae No. 3 Block,
12800 links from the southern end of that boundary, and
being a point on the boundary of the Uawa County; thence
north-westerly generally along that county boundary being
a right line running due west 12000 links to Trig. Station 171,
Puakato, a right line bearing 262° distance 12400 links, a
right line bearing 173° 15' distance 8700 links, and a right
line bearing 210° 30' distance 5200 links to Rimututahi Trig.
Station, right lines bearing 314° distance 1400 links, bearing
328° distance 1100 links, bearing 294° 30' distance 2800 links,
bearing 349° 41' distance 5669 links, bearing 345° 21' distance
1098 links, bearing 344° 29' distance 10800 links, bearing
74° 30' distance 4500 links, bearing 9° 30' distance 6600
links, bearing 273° distance 7500 links, bearing 315° distance
1600 links, bearing 298° 30' distance 11800 links, bearing
267° distance 2250 links, bearing 258° distance 4500 links,
and bearing 20° 29' distance 17000 links, to the south-
western boundary of Tauwhareparae 2B Block, the south-
western and south-eastern boundary of that block to and
across the Mangamaunu Stream to its left bank, down the
said left bank to the Mata River, up the right bank of that
river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section
1, Block VI, Tutamoi Survey District; thence north-westerly
to and along that boundary and the northern boundary of
Section 1, Block V, Small Grazing Run 98, and Huiarua
No. 1; thence northerly along the western boundary of
Huiarua No. 3 to its intersection with a line from Trig.
Station Kapua to Trig. Station Arowhana; thence north-
easterly along that line to Trig. Station Kapua aforesaid;
thence south-easterly along a right line to the confluence of
the Waitahaia and Mata Rivers in Block XII, Hikurangi
Survey District, a right line to Trig. Station 186 in Block
XIV, Mata Survey District, a right line to Trig. Station 184
(Tawhiti) in Block XIII, Waipiro Survey District, and a right
line to the point of commencement, and including all adjacent
islands.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of
the Orewa Domain
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to
be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the
last-mentioned Act to form part of the Orewa Domain, to be
administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Selwyn Plantation
Board
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for plantation purposes, and further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the
Selwyn Plantation Board, in trust, for that purpose, subject
to the condition that the said reserve shall be controlled and
managed by the said Board in accordance with the provisions
of the Selwyn Plantation Board Act 1953.
