Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Hastings

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of September 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 27·7 perches, situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 7607, part Heretaunga Block. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 126, folio 252.
