A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of September 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 2 roods, situated in Block XX, Town of Havelock, being Sections 1 and 2. All certificate of title, Volume 24, folio 111, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of August 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the sewerage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 387638, Wellington Land Registry, for stream diversion purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of September 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 4 acres 2 roods 32 perches, situated in Blocks II and V, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot 42, D.P. 18576, being part Section 59, Porirua District. SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Otago Land District, situated in the Town of Alexandra, Borough of Alexandra, Otago R.D., described as follows:

0 1 18 Closed street adjoining part Section 6, Block XVII, and Crown land.
0 1 11 Closed street adjoining or passing through Crown land, Block XVIII, and Town Belt.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152728 (S.O. 11899) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
