A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a surfaceman's cottage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of September 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1 rood 7·5 perches, situated in Block LXVI, Town of Lawrence (Borough of Lawrence), being Lot 5, D.P. 6400, and being part Section 6. Part Proclamation No. 5978, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of August 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of September 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 3 roods 4·3 perches situated in Block V, Town of Arrowtown, Otago R.D., Borough of Arrowtown, being Section 11. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156517 (S.O. 12591) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

ALL that public reserve in the South Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 9 perches, situated in Block VI, Patetere North Survey District, Borough of Putaruru, being Section 17, Block IV, Putaruru Village, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 13675.
