Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Patumahoe
War Memorial Domain

Patumahoe War Memorial Domain to be administered as a

Notice Amending the Boundaries of the Ohai Rescue
Station Levy Area

PURSUANT to subsection 4, section 22, of the Coal Mines
Amendment Act 1953, I, Frederick Hackett, Minister of
Mines, do by this notice amend the Ohai Rescue Station
Levy Area defined by notice appearing in the Gazette of 29
February 1940, by adding thereto the area described in the
Schedule.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District commencing on the
sea coast at the mouth of the Taieri River; thence generally
south-westerly along the mean high-water mark of the ocean
to the mouth of the Koau Branch of the Clutha River;
thence generally north-westerly along the centre of the Koau
Branch of the Clutha River and the centre of the Clutha
River to the junction of Crook Burn; thence generally north-
easterly by the centre of Crook Burn to its junction with the
south-western boundary of Section 13, Block XI, Waitahuna
West Survey District; thence south-easterly along that boun-
dary to and across Waitahuna West Road; thence generally
north-easterly along the southern side of Waitahuna West
Road to the northern corner of Section 15, Block IX, Waita-
huna West Survey District; thence south-easterly along the

River, thence south-easterly along the centre of the Taieri
River to the point of commencement.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be
Crown Land Subject as to Parts to Fencing Agreements

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
