to be the Taupiri Mountain Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

Appointment of Members of Rangitata Domain Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Gordon Thomas Cain and Robert Mahan McClelland to be members of the Rangitata Domain Board, Canterbury Land District, in place of David Gordon Cain, deceased, and Alexander McClelland, resigned, and further increases the total number of members of the said Domain Board from six to seven and appoints William Miles Metcalf, the younger, as the additional member of the Board.
