Additional Land Taken, Subject as to Part to a Right of Way,
and to Drainage Rights, for a Secondary School in the
City of Nelson

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land firstly
described in the said Schedule to the right of way contained
in memorandum of lease No. 1529, and to the drainage rights
contained in memorandum of transfer No. 31049, Nelson
Land Registry, for a secondary school; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
25th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the Nelson Land District, situated
in the City of Nelson, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

Nelson. All certificate of title, Volume 75,

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 25th day of August 1958.

All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District,
Auckland R.D., containing 2 acres and 17·7 perches, being
Lot 1, D.P. S. 3503, and being part Section 26, Block II,
Otanake Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 1245,
folio 5, Auckland Land Registry.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City
of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 25th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 14 acres 1 rood 5·63 perches, situated in the City of
Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Section 71, Hutt
District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 213, folio 53,
Wellington Land Registry.

containing 30·9 perches, situated in the Borough of Mt.
Maunganui, being Lot 80, D.P. 34260, being part Section 10,
Block VII, Tauranga Survey District. All certificate of title,
Volume 889, folio 198, Auckland Land Registry.

as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
25th day of August 1958.

situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury R.D., described as
follows:

and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 25th day of August 1958.
