COBHAN, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for public buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 6·33 perches, situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 13, Section 12, City of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 40385 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of August 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 5 acres 2 roods 1·7 perches, situated in Blocks X and XI, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Waipapa 1E 2B 8; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155984 (S.O. 24060) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of public domain in the South Auckland Land District containing 14·7 perches, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 2 of Section 13, Suburbs of Tauranga; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156538 (S.O. 39222) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1 rood 23·4 perches, situated in Block II, East Taieri Survey District, being parts Section 12. All certificates of title, Volume 258, folios 32 and 113 (both limited as to parcels), Otago Land Registry.
