All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 8·8 perches, situated in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 56, Sub-section 2, Opaheke Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153115 (S.O. 39161) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 21st day of April 1951, published in Gazette, 26 April 1951, Volume I, page 572; and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. S.15809, defining the middle line of a portion of the Edgecumbe-Murupara Railway in so far as it affects Lot 2, D.P. 34645, being part Allotment 119, Matata Parish, situated in Block X, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, and being the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 888, folio 7, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of August 1958.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Willowbank to the Purposes of a Road
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road and that the said road shall be under the control of the Southland County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land: 2·6 perches.
Part railway land, being part Section 5, Block I, Chatton Survey District.
Situated in Southland County. (S.O. 6421.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 15313 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
