Classification of Road in Matamata County
Pursuant to regulation 3 (11) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle
Regulations 1955†, the Commissioner of Transport hereby
revokes that portion of the Warrant dated the 1st day of June
1950* in so far as it applies to the classification in Class
III of that portion of Baird Road set out in the Schedule
hereto in Matamata County and hereby approves the Mata-
mata County Council's proposed variation in the classification
of the said portion of road as set out in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Portion of Road Classified in Class II
BAIRD Road (between the Government Railway Line and the
Tirau-Wairakei State Highway No. 41).
Dated at Wellington this 4th day of August 1958.
