Leasehold Estate in Land in the City of Auckland Taken for the University of Auckland
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Hilda Woodcock and Margaret Magdalene Surtell-Smith, both of Auckland, spinsters, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 19733, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on 1 April 1945 and ending on 31 March 1960, is hereby taken for the University of Auckland; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 3 of Subsection 2 of Section 13, City of Auckland. All Land Transfer Provisional Register Book, Volume 5, folio 19, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of August 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 21·3 perches, situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 53, Deeds Plan 189, being part Suburban Section 226, Town of Palmerston North. All certificate of title, Volume 342, folio 232, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 28·7 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Town Section 439, Napier. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 11, folio 190.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Kaimarama substation).

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District situated in Block XVI, Coromandel Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 2 10·9 Part land on D.P. 1473, being part Kaimarama Block; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 28·3 Part Section 29, Block XVI, Coromandel Survey District; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156740 (S.O. 39254) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 2 roods 24 perches, situated in Block VII, Whakatane Survey District, Opotiki County, Gisborne R.D., and being Allotment 520, Waiotahi Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155590 (S.O. 4874) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
