Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Dunedin
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1·9 perches, situated in Ocean Beach Survey District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., being part Lot 210, D.P. 6886, and being also part Section 20; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154827 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of August 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 2 acres 3 roods 37·5 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, being Section 54, Block XLVII, Hutt Valley Settlement. (S.O. 18206.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of public reserve in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 1 rood 16 perches, being Section 49, Block I, Waihou Survey District, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 26384.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of the Wellington Metropolitan water supply, is hereby set apart for road, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 0·9 perches, situated in Block XVI, Akatarawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 10, Pakuratahi District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156724 (S.O. 24063) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
