COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection 6 of the said section 29.

SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P.
0 0 7·7 Part Rangitoto A 13B 4 Block. Situated in Block XV, Punju Survey District.
0 1 20·9 Part Rangitoto A 13B 3 Block. Situated in Block XVI, Punju Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154195 (S.O. 37158) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of August 1958.

Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block X, Pohangina Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1958.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 10·1 perches, situated in Block X, Pohangina Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 15; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156732 (S.O. 24100) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of August 1958.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1958.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 31·7 perches, situated in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District, Warkworth Town District, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 40873. Part certificate of title, Volume 1096, folio 163, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of August 1958.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1958.

FIRST SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 31·5 perches, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 7888, being part Allotment 187, Kirikiriroa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156649 (S.O. 39264) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 2 acres 1 rood 31·6 perches, being Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 7888, being part Allotment 187, Kirikiriroa Parish. Part certificate of title, Volume 197, folio 120, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of August 1958.

All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 15·9 perches, situated in the Borough of Mt. Maunganui, being Lots 12 and 13, D.P. 34564, being part Section 10, Block VII, Tauranga Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 898, folio 211, Auckland Land Registry.
