Road in the Borough of Henderson, Subject to a Condition
as to the Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 6th day of
August 1958
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Henderson Borough Council to permit the laying off of
the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a
width for part of its length of less than 66ft, but not less
than 50ft, subject to the condition that no building or any
part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision
of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D.
156766 referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance
of 33 ft from the centre line of the said street.

SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District,
Borough of Henderson, containing by admeasurement 1 rood
38.2 perches, more or less, being Lot 17, L.T. Plan 45417,
being part Allotment 7, Waipareira Parish; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
156766 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 104 of the Rating Act 1925, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby exempts the Maori freehold
lands named in the Schedule hereto from all rates made or levied
by any local authority under the provisions of the Rating Act
1925.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as
a Maori Reservation for the common use and benefit of the
members of the Ngaiterangi tribe as a meeting place and
burial ground.

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a
Maori reservation for the common use and benefit of the
Maori people of the Te Araroa district as a church site or
for other religious purposes.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 63 of the Maori Purposes Act 1931,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
revokes the Order in Council, referred to in Part I of the
Schedule hereto in so far as it affects the land mentioned in
Part II of the said Schedule.
