PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of road in the South Auckland Land Dis-
trict, situated in Block XIV, Whakatane Survey District,
Auckland R.D.; described as follows:

Adjoining or passing through
0 0 15·4 Land on D.P. 7528, being part Allotment 307,
Waimana Parish.
1 3 0 Part Allotment 307, part Lot 1, D.P. 2493, and
land on D.P. 7528, being part Allotment 307,
Waimana Parish.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 155925 (S.O. 38020) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.

District, and Clive Suburban Sections 292 to 296 (both in-
clusive), Block V, Clive Survey District; as the same is more

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway pur-
poses; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 11th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District
containing 30·3 perches, more or less, situated in the Borough
of Ashburton, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 7, D.P.
3127, being part Rural Section 6572. (S.O. 9009.)
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L.O. 15503 deposited in the office of the Minister of
Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
