Being 0 1 14 Part land on D.P. 8363, being part Waikaraka Block; coloured blue on plan. 0 0 3·8 Part Waikaraka Stream Bed; coloured yellow on plan. 0 0 3·8 Part Waikaraka Stream Bed; coloured sepia on plan. 0 0 31·1 Part Waikaraka Block; coloured yellow on plan. 0 1 5 Part Waikaraka Block; coloured yellow on plan. 0 1 0·6 Part Waikaraka Block; coloured yellow on plan. 0 2 10 Part land below mean high-water mark (Whangarei Harbour); coloured sepia on plan. 0 3 2·7 Part Allotments 50 and 51, Owhiwa Parish; coloured blue on plan. 0 3 17·9 Part land on D.P. 3614, being part Allotment 51, Owhiwa Parish; coloured yellow on plan. 0 0 20 Part land below mean high-water mark (Whangarei Harbour); coloured sepia on plan.

SCHEDULE ALL that piece of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 12 acres 1 rood 27 perches, situated in Block XIII, Ruataniwha Survey District, Waipawa County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., adjoining part Lot 3, D.P. 1065, being part Block 3, Makaretu Crown Grant District, parts Blocks 1 and 2, Makaretu Crown Grant District, Lot 1, D.D.P. 153, being part Block 193, Ruataniwha Crown Grant District, and Block 282, Ruataniwha Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153324 (S.O. 2891) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
