Otamatea Survey District, Rodney County

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary drainage works
and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Rodney as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 11th day of August 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 10 acres 2 roods 33·5 perches, situated in
Block XVI, Otamatea Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
being part Section 40; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156707 (S.O. 40691)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 4th day of August 1958.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 11th day of August 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 19·6 perches, situated in Block XII, Waitamata Survey District, Borough of Northcote, Auckland R.D.,
and being Lot 1, D.P. 40640. All certificate of title, Volume
1085, folio 30, Auckland Land Registry.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
11th day of August 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 26·5 perches, situated in Block XVI, Ongo
Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 184,
Township of Sandon; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156708 (S.O. 23960)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 11th day of August 1958.

situated in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Auckland
R.D., described as follows:

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in
Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the surface
of the land which is described in the Schedule hereto, together
with that part of the subsoil of such land below the formation-level of the Huntly-Awaroa Branch of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 34150, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
down to a horizontal plane 75ft below and approximately
parallel to the said formation-level (and which was taken
for the Huntly-Awaroa Branch of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon
the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that
such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board
in like manner as other public highways are controlled and
maintained by the said Board.
