A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 11th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land
District containing 1 rood 0·2 perches, situated in Block X,
Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 10,
D.P. 43108. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 623,
folio 139, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the
drainage easement created in and by memorandum of
transfer No. 581387, for State housing purposes; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 11th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land
District containing 32·1 perches, situated in Block XIV,
Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot
9, D.P. 44311. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1362,

Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being
Allotment 573, Parish of Paremoremo; as the same is more

Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being
portion of Lot 21, D.P. 21520, being part Section 31, Town of
Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 98548 (S.O. 29401) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.

posited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
