A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Nelson Land District, situated in the Borough of Motueka, being part Section 152, District of Motueka. All certificate of title, Volume 126, folio 134, Nelson Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of August 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a co-axial cable repeater station and an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 30·4 perches, situated in Block V, Mt. Robinson Survey District, Borough of Foxton, Wellington R.D., being part Subdivisions 9 and 10 of Block VIII, Awahou Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156705 (S.O. 24086) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of August 1958.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 10 acres, situated in Block V, Whangarei Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 7, D.P. 7188. All certificate of title, Volume 633, folio 297, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for public buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of August 1958.
FIRST SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 0′15 Part Lot 21, D.P. 21520, being part Section 31, City of Auckland; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 13′5 Lot 17, D.P. 21520, being part Section 31, City of Auckland; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.
0 0 16′2 Lot 16, D.P. 21520, being part Section 31, City of Auckland; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156342 (S.O. 40381) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 38′8 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 28, Section 31, City of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 38635 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

An Easement Over Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Main Highway Depot in Block II, Mangawhero Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a main highway depot is hereby taken over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to take water from a well situated on the land described in the said Schedule, and for that purpose to construct, use, and maintain a well, pumphouse, and tanks thereon and to carry out any other works that are deemed necessary by Her Majesty the Queen to provide an unpolluted and adequate supply of water to the land taken for a main highway depot described in Proclamation No. 5936, Wellington Land Registry, and, secondly, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey water from the said well, pumphouse, and tanks along, under, or over the land described in the said Schedule and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the land described in the said Schedule, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land taken for a main highway depot by the said Proclamation No. 5936; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of August 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 16′9 perches, situated in Block II, Mangawhero Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Pukewhakapu 2B 3A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154978 (S.O. 23776) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of August 1958.
