A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 4·38 perches, situated in Block V, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 183, D.P. 9069, being part Section 51, Porirua District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145341 (S.O. 22947) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of July 1958.
