A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of August 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 37·7 perches, situated in Block IX, Mt. Robinson Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Waimakaira 1b 2; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156596 (S.O. 24078) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
