A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor- General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

ALL those pieces of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District, situated in Block XIII, Maungaharuru Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE

ROAD CLOSED

ALL those pieces of road in the Hawke's Bay Land District, situated in Block XIII, Maungaharuru Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of road in the Taranaki Land District containing 268 perches, situated in Block III, Huiroa Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being road by Proclamation No. 2332 (formerly part Section 36); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155148 (S.O. 8837) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.
