Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Kaikohe Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaikohe, in trust, for that purpose.

PURSUANT to the Land Subdivision in Counties Act 1946, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is set aside as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and further, pursuant to the last-mentioned Act, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manukau, in trust, for that purpose.

All that area containing by admeasurement two (2) roods and thirty-four (34) poles, more or less, situated in the Town of Naseby, being part of Crown lands on the map of the said Town; bounded towards the west-north-west by Derwent Street, one hundred and ninety-two (192) links; towards the north-north-west by Earne Street, eight (8) links; also by Section numbered 107, Block I, fifty-five and five-tenths (55·5) links; towards the east-north-east by the said Section numbered 107, one hundred (100) links; also by Crown lands and Section numbered 56, Block I, one hundred and ninety-nine (199) links; towards the east-south-east by Crown lands, one hundred and ninety-three (193) links; and towards the south-west by Section numbered 15, Block II, two hundred and seventy-seven (277) links; be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less.
