A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of road in the Nelson Land District, situated in Block I, Gordon Survey District, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
12 3 6 Part Section 13, Square 5, and Section 25, Block I, Gordon Survey District, and part Run 22, Block II, Gordon Survey District.
0 3 2 Part Section 13, Square 5, and Railway land, Block I, Gordon Survey District, and part Small Grazing Run 10, Block II, Gordon Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156523 (S.O. 10038) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of July 1958.

60 1 39·5 Sections 6, 7, and 4, Block IX, Taramarama Survey District, being Provincial State Forest, and Sections 7 and 8, Block V, Taramarama Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151764 (S.O. 4907) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of road in the Southland Land District containing 2 acres 2 roods 1·4 perches, situated in Block VI, Longwood Survey District, Southland R.D., adjoining Sections 4, 5, 19, 20, 26, and 27; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156483 (S.O. 6416) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
