Additional Land Taken for a Public School in the City of Christchurch

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 30·4 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 8, D.P. 1885, being part Rural Section 98; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156452 (S.O. 9326) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of July 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 3·8 perches, situated in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 13213, being part Rural Section 1453; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156453 (S.O. 9363) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land in the Westland Land District containing 27 perches, situated in the Borough of Greymouth, Westland R.D., and being part Rural Section 3659 (closed street); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156454 (S.O. 4807) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by The Guardian Trust and Executors Co. of New Zealand Ltd., under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 347, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on 21 May 1877 and ending on 20 May 1976, is hereby taken for the University of Auckland; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 16, of Subsection 3, of Section 13, City of Auckland. All Land Transfer Provisional Register Book, Volume 5, folio 42, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 1 perch, situated in the Provincial District of Wellington, being part Lot 22, D.P. 255 (Masterton Small Farm Settlement). All certificate of title, Volume 48, folio 136, Wellington Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the Marlborough Land District, containing 2 roods 27·83 perches, situated in the Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D.; being Lot 3, D.P. 2035, being part Section 4, District of Omaka. All certificate of title, Volume 51, folio 168, Marlborough Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of July 1958.
