Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Hastings
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 9·9 perches, situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 5, D.P. 8147, part Heretaunga Block. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 130, folio 148.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of July 1958.

Interests by Way of Easement in Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Gisborne

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that all the interests in the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto by way of easement created in memorandum of transfer No. 14871, Gisborne Land Registry, are hereby taken for State housing purposes, to the intent that such interests shall merge in the fee simple of the said piece of land; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 23·8 perches, situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 6, D.P. 202, part Matawhero B or 5 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156447 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of July 1958.
