Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Waterworks in Block I, Mangaorongo Survey District, Otorohanga County

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otorohanga as from the date hereafter mentioned; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement for waterworks is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otorohanga, as from the date hereinafter mentioned, the right to lay and maintain a pipe line with all accessories through and over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and to conduct water through the same and to enter thereon for the purpose of inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the said pipe line; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block I, Mangaorongo Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 18·2 Part Crown land; coloured sepia on plan.
1 0 3·2 Part Section 25; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 3·3 Part Mohoaonui C 1 Block; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156355 (S.O. 38238) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block I, Mangaorongo Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 7·4 Part Mohoaonui C 1 Block; coloured yellow on plan.
0 1 37 Part Otorohanga 1F 4A and Orahiri 1 No. 1B Blocks; coloured blue on plan.
0 1 10·7 Part Otorohanga 1F 4C Block; coloured sepia on plan.
1 1 8·4 Part Otorohanga 1E and 1F 5A Blocks; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156354 (S.O. 38236) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land Taken for a Public School in the Borough of Lawrence

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1 acre 3 roods, situated in Block XXI, Town of Lawrence, Borough of Lawrence, being Sections 10 to 16 (inclusive). Part certificate of title, Volume 222, folio 263 (limited as to parcels), Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of July 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 34·6 perches, situated in Block IV, Maruwenua Survey District, Otago R.D., and being also Lot 12, Block III, D.P. 218, Extension of the Township of Duntroun, and being part Country Section 1. All certificate of title, Volume 49, folio 76, Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of July 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 5 acres 2 roods 10 perches, situated in Block XII, Waikouaiti Survey District, Otago R.D., and being Section 2.

ALL those pieces of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District situated in the Borough of Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

0 1 9·87 Part Poutaka No. 29 Block; coloured orange on plan.
0 1 7·3 Lot 44 and parts Lots 34 and 45, D.P. 3355, being part Suburban Section 15, Class No. 2, Town of Clyde; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156395 (S.O. 3056) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
