A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of July 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the Otago Land District, situated in Block I, Fraser Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:
