Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in Block XIV,
Komakorau Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 7 acres 30·4 perches, being part Lot 1, D.P. 14662, being part Allotment 186, Kirikiriroa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156362 (S.O. 39234) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of June 1958.

Land Taken for River Protection Purposes in the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for river protection purposes and shall vest in the Hutt River Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of July 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Police Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Greymouth

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee by Clifford Christopher Douglas, of Greymouth, cabinetmaker, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 21094, recorded in register book, Volume 58, folio 40, Westland Land Registry, is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Westland Land District containing 22·1 perches, situated in the Borough of Greymouth, being Lot 7, D.P. 807, being part Section 340, Block 40, Greymouth Maori Reserve No. 31. All leasehold certificate of title, Volume 58, folio 40, Westland Land Registry.
