PURSUANT to section 8 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the width of the proposed access way described in the Schedule hereto shall be more than 12 ft but not more than 27 ft.
