Whangarei (Onerahi) Aerodrome
In the matter of the Public Works Amendment Act 1935
and in the matter of the Whangarei (Onerahi) Aerodrome
in the North Auckland Land District.
THE Minister of Works, in pursuance and exercise of the
powers vested in him by section 4 of the Public Works
Amendment Act 1935, hereby gives notice that, for the pur-
pose of making the Whangarei (Onerahi) Aerodrome safe
for aviation purposes, he prohibits absolutely the erection,
placing, or extension without the consent of the Minister in
Charge of Civil Aviation of any building, pole, mast, or other
structure of any kind on the land described in the Schedule
hereto, and also limits the height to which trees may be
grown on the said land without the consent of the Minister
in Charge of Civil Aviation to 4 ft above the level of the
ground.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 14·76 perches, situated in Block XIII, Whangarei
Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and
being part Allotment 209, Town of Grahamtown; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 119696 (S.O. 33127) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 13
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of
Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices
(Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 13, and shall
be read together with and deemed to be part of the Control
of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957* (hereinafter referred
to as the principal notice). -
This notice shall come into force on the 27th day of
June 1958. -
The principal notice shall cease to apply in respect of
the services set out in the Schedule hereto. -
The principal notice is hereby consequentially amended
by omitting from the Schedule thereto all references to the
services referred to in the Schedule hereto in respect of which,
pursuant to clause 3 hereof, the principal notice no longer
applies.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister
of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions
of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as
they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not
apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof
the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1940 to the person described in column 1 of the
Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade
motor in the course of his employment for the employer
described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not
authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive
a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
